A big part of 2013 for me is going to be all about the abs. I still have some work to do before I can boldly say ‘I have good abs’…. I also have some great personal goals I want to achieve before I reach the big four ’0′….(not that this is happening to me this year), but I’d like to be in my best possible shape by then.
Week 1: Abs Tabata. (4 min routine) I will be doing this once every day this week.
